Well, This weekend was fun during some parts, and not so fun during others.

Friday morning I got up about 8, and got all my cooking stuff ready to go so I could cook for my friends Nathan and Holly's wedding rehearsal. I got my fire started. I seasoned 3 Boston butts. As I was getting everything ready to go, my brother called and asked me if I could meet the AT&T guy at our new office so we could get our DSL turned on.

On July 24th and 25th, Michael and I cooked 8 Boston Butts for a high school reunion in Wynne, AR We have a few videos and pictures from the cookout illustrating the steps we took to cook this meal.

The first thing we did was clean the grills. Michael opted for the power tool way. LOL!

Ok guys, we would like to take the time and apologize to all of the FauxQue haters on Twitter. We have updated our feed to include the hottest Grilling and Barbeque news and recipes from About.com.  We will also include several other sources for recipes and news realted to cooking outdoors.

I can't wait to enjoy some BBQ and hang out with the family on the fourth. I better remember to bring some Q sauce. Well... All this BBQ talk has made me hungry, I think I'm gonna go grab some food. I wanted to go to Main Street Deli with my friends because it is Chili Dog Thursday, but I think by the time I get ready to go, they will be gone.
