Shrimp Quessenberry

Shrimp Quessenberry

2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined

MARINADE:

2/3 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. olive oil
2 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. ground ginger
1 medium yellow onion minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate shrimp overnight in the mixture.  Skewer shrimp and grill over direct charcoal heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Serves 4-6
