Trav'lers Bodacious Beef Brisket

1 10 to 12-lb. beef brisket

DRY RUB:

6 T. chili powder
4 T. salt
2 T. black pepper

     Rub brisket with dry rub seasoning and cook over direct heat in covered grill at 225 degrees for 6 hours.  Wrap brisket in foil and continue cooking another 4hours.  Chill, slice on a meat slicer, and then warm back up to serve.
