Meet The Owners

Jim's two sons, Lee and Michael, grew up in the prime of their father's career. Traveling to most places, excluding Ireland, to help their father win the judges over on presentation. Trained exclusively in the arts of competition cooking, Jim's sons, Lee and Michael, competed in contests as early as the ages of 7 and 5 respectively.

Over the more recent years Lee and Michael have been cooking in local fundraisers for college, local competitions, and were even featured as a civilian team on OLNTV's All-Star Barbeque Showdown in August of 2005.
